In terms of these General Terms and Conditions, the Customer is a natural or legal person who orders or pays for the product delivery service through the Seller, Frizerski salon Dea, address https://frizerskisalondea.com/ Frizerski obrt Dea, owner Snježana Novaković, Ante Starčevića 32 , 21300 Makarska. If information about a legal person is entered in the Customer's data, then the Customer is considered a legal person, and the natural person whose data is entered is considered an authorized person of the Customer.
The customer is considered the person who orders and pays for the product, and the recipient is considered the person to whom the product is delivered, who is different from the person of the customer.
Personal data and business ability
By accepting the General Conditions, the Customer declares that all the information he provided about himself is true and complete, that he is capable of doing business, of legal age, and that there are no known obstacles to ordering and purchasing products through the Dea Hair Salon e-store.
In accordance with the statement on privacy and data security, Frizerski obrt Dea, vl. Snježana Novaković collects only basic data, which is necessary to fulfill obligations.
Order and conclusion of contract
Products are ordered by selecting, using the menu and filling in the electronic form. The customer can order and buy the product as an unregistered user.
Payment for the ordered products can be made by pay pal, card payment or transactional payment through an IBAN account.
In the case of payment by e-banking and general payment, the contract is considered concluded at the moment when Frizerski obrt Dea, vl. Snježana Novaković receives confirmation that the amount of the order has been paid.
If the ordered product is not available in the warehouse, Frizerski obrt Dea, vl. Snježana Novaković will inform the Customer that the product is currently unavailable and inform him of the deadline for the product's availability. The ordered product, depending on whether it is available in the warehouse, is delivered by Frizerski obrt Dea, owned by Snježana Novaković, as soon as possible.
Buying products in an online store
Details are printed for each product - product name, short description, characteristics and price.
The prices displayed on the pages next to individual products are valid for all forms of payment.
The cost of postage is not included in the price of the product, except for shipping in Croatia.
Products are ordered by selecting, using the "basket" menu and filling out an electronic form. Once an order has been placed, it can only be canceled within 24 hours. In the event that the ordered item is not in stock, you will be contacted as soon as possible, and you will be offered the option of waiting for the item's arrival, exchanging it for another suitable item or refunding the money in full. All the items you have decided to buy are on the page under the name "Basket".
In the case of the above-mentioned payment, the Customer is responsible and bears the risk for the accuracy and truthfulness of the data provided, because Frizerski obrt Dea, vl. Snježana Novaković will refund the funds in accordance with the data provided.
Billing
The customer will pay for the ordered products by card, pay pal or bank transfer, according to the order. Payment is made in the Croatian domicile currency (Croatian kuna - HRK). We deliver upon receipt of payment. If you need an R1 account, you need to enter your OIB and the name and address of the company or trade.
Prices are expressed in kuna with VAT included. In case of significant exchange rate changes, we reserve the right to change prices. Offer is valid while stocks last. We reserve the right to typographical errors.
Statement of conversion
For Users (customers) who have their place of residence or place of residence, i.e. headquarters outside the Republic of Croatia and pay in a currency other than the Croatian kuna (HRK), all payments will be made in Croatian kuna (HRK), and the amount for which the User's credit card will be charged through price conversion from euros (€) to Croatian kuna (HRK) according to the valid exchange rate list of the Croatian National Bank.
When charging with the User's credit card, the same amount is converted into the User's local currency according to the valid exchange rate list of the cardholders' association. As a result of the price conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference in the amount compared to the original price displayed on our website.
Complaints and product returns
All products were inspected in detail before handing over to the delivery personnel and delivered in good condition. After receipt, be sure to unpack and inspect the shipment. If you notice damage during transport or if the contents of the package do not correspond to the order, you are not obliged to collect the package, but return it to the delivery person and inform us immediately. The delivery person will return the damaged shipment to us, and a new shipment will be sent to you, at our expense. We do not exchange wrongly ordered goods. In your package that you will receive, there is an invoice for the goods you receive.
In case you do not receive an invoice in accordance with the order or received goods:

write a letter with your full name, address, phone number, e-mail address, which items you are returning (quantity, size, etc.), a description of why you are returning and what you want us to do (exchange for another product, refund, etc.).

Make sure that you send the shipment with a confirmation of receipt of the shipment. This way, you will be sure that your shipment is safely delivered to the right address. If you send a package without confirmed delivery, no one will be responsible for the loss or damage of your package. Please be sure to accept this advice!

Frizerski obrt Dea, owned by Snježana Novaković, guarantees that all products purchased on our web shop are correct. If you received a product that you did not order or you received a product with an error, please inform us about the problem. If the complaint is justified, contact us no later than 7 days from the day of receipt of the product, so that we can agree on the replacement of the damaged product or a refund.
The customer has the right to return the product in the following cases:

delivery of products that are damaged, and the damage is the result of poor handling during delivery.
In order to exercise the right to a warranty, a copy of the invoice or order confirming the purchase must be attached to the product with the error. Complaints sent by parcel distribution must be properly packed in cardboard packaging. All claims improperly packed or those with visible mechanical damage during transport will not be accepted, but will be returned to the sender at his expense.
RE-ORDER FEE
If we receive your return and decide that the cost of re-ordering is justified, we will contact you by email and/or phone before we do anything and offer an exchange. If the return of the returned goods is unjustified (you don't like it, a gross error in appearance), we will be forced to charge you the costs of resending. Please note that the returned goods must be in their original packaging.
Product information
Product photos are illustrative in nature and do not always have to correspond in all details to the products that are the subject of the order.
Hairdresser Dea, owner Snjezana Novaković particularly points out that the visual identity of the product shown in the photo does not have to correspond to the appearance of the product in reality, especially with regard to the monitor settings on the Customer's computer, differences in the perception of colors as the Customer sees them on the screen, etc.
In the case of the above discrepancy between the product shown in the photo and the delivered product, it is not a product defect.
Product information (product description, price, etc.) displayed in our e-shop is subject to bugs, irregularities in the operation of the application, other technical irregularities, typographical errors, etc.
In the event of obvious errors or malfunctions regarding the data on the products displayed in our e-store, Frizerski obrt Dea, vl. Snježana Novaković reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the contract.
Product availability
The subject of the order can only be products that are indicated in the order as being available and products that are currently not available, but can be delivered within 7 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Delivery
To valued customers, we offer delivery via Croatian Post and/or HP Express delivery. Delivery times are from 7 to 20 working days within Croatia.
International hp express shipment (EMS) for Zone Europe is delivered within D + 5 (day of collection + 5 working days). Countries: Austria, Slovenia, Serbia, Switzerland are delivered on average within D + 4 (day of collection + 4 working days). Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Germany, Slovakia are delivered on average within D + 6 (day of collection + 6 working days). International hpekspres shipment (EMS) for Zone Sj. and South America is delivered within D + 14 (day of collection + 14 working days)
Note: the days of delivery do not count non-working days and the days the shipment spends in the destination customs.
The packaging is done in such a way as to avoid any damage during normal transport. Before taking over, the buyer is obliged to check the shipment visually, report any visible damage, and possibly refuse to receive the damaged shipment. Postage for most orders is HRK 35.00, and if the value of the ordered goods exceeds HRK 500.00, the goods will be charged and delivered free of charge. If the customer requests Express delivery, the shipment will be sent by courier service and charged according to the valid price list of the courier service upon delivery. Product packaging is included in the delivery price. Delivery is not included in the price of the product, unless otherwise indicated (note - free delivery). Free delivery is valid only in the territory of the Republic of Croatia. Frizerski obrt Dea, vl. Snježana Novaković undertakes to deliver the ordered product within 7 to 20 working days from the date of conclusion of the contract. Delivery is performed according to the terms of use of the delivery service, and is considered completed at the moment of handing over the product to the delivery service. If the product sent to the Buyer or Recipient is returned Frizerski obrt Dea, vl. Snježana Novaković because the delivery service failed to deliver, the Buyer will be notified by e-mail and will be offered the following options : that the ordered product, at the Customer's request by e-mail, be re-delivered to the Customer's or Recipient's address, or that the ordered product be picked up at the warehouse address of Frizerski obrt Dea, owned by Snježana Novaković, with a prior telephone agreement on the pick-up time. When Frizerski obrt Dea, owned by Snježana Novaković, delivers the product to the Buyer or the Recipient through the delivery service, the Buyer or Recipient is obliged to take over the product by signing the delivery note, thereby confirming that the product has been properly delivered.
Product defects
Frizerski obrt Dea, vl. Snježana Novaković is not liable to the Buyer or Recipient for minor scratches on the products that occurred as a result of the delivery of the goods via the delivery service, if the scratches or minor defects do not affect the basic properties and usability of the product.
Frizerski obrt Dea, vl. Snježana Novaković is not responsible for the Buyer or Recipient if the technical capabilities of the Buyer or Recipient's equipment are not sufficient for the correct use of the product, as well as if the personal characteristics of the Buyer or Recipient are not sufficient for the use of the product.
In the event of defects in the product, the Buyer may terminate the contract only if he has previously given the Seller a subsequent appropriate deadline for fulfilling the contract.
Other conditions
For a valid product order, the person filling out the order must be over 18 years old. Frizerski obrt Dea, vl. Snježana Novaković has the right to unilaterally change these Terms of Sale without prior notice. All purchased products Frizerski obrt Dea, vl. Snježana Novaković will deliver according to the conditions valid at the time of the conclusion of the contract.
Application of sales conditions
By using the services of Frizerski Salon Dea e-commerce, you accept these Terms of Sale. If you do not agree to the Terms, do not use these sites or order products through them.
